CALIFORNIA - The reason of Apple why makes iPad in China turned out not only because of cheap labor. A report reveals another reason is a rare element used in the tablet can only be found there.

Although rare type of element used in the iPad is still not clear because of Apple's secrets, a professor of engineering at Cambridge, Tim Coombs believes there lanthanum content in the battery iPad.

In addition he considers a variety of rare elements to produce different colors on the screen. Neodymium metal may be found in magnetic and in the iPad Smart Cover, and glass used may be polished with cerium oxide.
